Policies for Submissions

The Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy currently accepts no unsolicited manuscripts.

A paper may be updated or removed from public view. However, a citation to the original version of the paper will always remain on the site. All other policies regarding submission, review, removal, rights and permissions are determined under the sole, internal discretion of the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy.
