Submissions are first reviewed by the Co-editors-in-chief for style and format specifications. Author’s names will not be included on the manuscript when sent to review editors. The Co-editors-in-chief will make final determination of publication after review editors submit their commentary. The entire review process will take 10-12 weeks. If contributing authors are asked to make revisions based on Co-editor-in-chief and review editor’s comments, they must submit either revisions or rationales for not revising within 2 weeks.
