Editorial Board

We use a consensus-based system for choosing submissions. Our submission selection process is based on the system used by the hiring committee of the Berkeley Student Coops (and other major non-profits). The board is made up of a head editor and four to five co-editors. The head editor is a non-voting member of the editing team who facilitates discussions and takes notes at editing workshops, communicates with authors and assures confidentiality is maintained.
