Aim and Scope

The Journal intends to publish issues both of a topical and of a general nature.  The editors welcome articles of a legal, scholarly nature, with each fact and proposition footnoted.  The editors will also consider articles written in other than conventional law review format covering events or problems in the field of environmental and land use law and policy.
