The American Cultures (AC) Center supports the development of courses fulfilling the AC requirement at the University of California, Berkeley. AC courses present students, faculty, and community members an exciting intellectual environment centered on the study of race, ethnicity, and culture in the United States. AC courses are available in over forty departments across campus, and offer opportunities to be part of research-led, highly accomplished teaching environments, grappling with the complexity of American Culture.
