The California Policy Research Center is a program in the Office of the President of the University of California that seeks out and applies the extensive research expertise of UC faculty to the analysis, development, and implementation of state policy as well as federal policy on issues of statewide importance. CPRC provides technical assistance to policymakers, commissions policy-relevant research on statewide issues, and disseminates research findings and recommendations through publications and briefings.
