Submission Guidelines

The editors invite submission of manuscripts in English appropriate to the goals and content of Room One Thousand. Submissions should not exceed 7,500 words. Please submit all documents as Word documents or as a pdf. Do not embed images within the text. All submissions should be unique and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Include your name and contact information. Authors will not be paid for contributions. Each author is responsible for securing the rights to all images and text reproduction rights and associated fees pertinent to their manuscript. Citations should follow the Chicago Manual of Style, 16th editions, and use endnotes.
