The Joint Medical Program (JMP) is an accredited, five year Master of Science/Medical Doctorate Program at the University of California. Our comprehensive approach to medical education exposes our students to the human, sociocultural and bioethical dimensions of health and disease. Our students are engaged in a dynamic learning environment designed to teach the complex interrelated nature of health, illness, and community while promoting discovery, self-reflection, and life-long learning. Program graduates will enter their post-graduate training with a deep understanding of the social, behavioral, and ethical aspects of medicine and be well-equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving healthcare system.
There are 321 publications in this collection, published between 1985 and 2017.
